Welcome back to the 2024-2025 academic year. We look forward to a  successful year with your students.

Our entire staff is focused on Excellent Instruction where there is:

  • alignment of our intended goals and objectives, instructional components, materials, resources, and assessments to maximize learning for all students;
  • evidence of student learning through mastery of the adopted standards;
  • rigorous and relevant instructional tasks that are engaging and culturally appropriate for all students to include problem solving, reasoning, and reflection;
  • evidence of a continuous balanced assessment system that informs instructional decisions to meet the distinct learning needs of all students;
  • evidence of responsiveness to student learning through differentiation, remediation, and enrichment, and
  • a learning environment that is student-centered and supportive in order for students of all abilities to develop, learn and grow.

May is National Speech-Language-Hearing Month - a time to recognize the importance of communication and to honor the professionals who make it possible for so many students to find their voice. Across the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) schools, Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) play a vital role in supporting student success, regardless of location, language, or need. Though separated by oceans and time zones, DoDEA SLPs have found a powerful way to stay connected and collaborate through a Microsoft TEAMS group that spans the globe.
